ISDN and How to Order It

(NOTE: This section assumes you are familiar with ISDN's basic concepts. If not, it might be a good idea to first read our ISDN Primer.)

ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network) is your way of gaining direct access to the high-speed digital telephone network. Because ISDN has a number of options and configurations, it can sometimes seem very bewildering. However, if you know who to call and provide them with complete information, the ISDN ordering process can be simple and straightforward.

The documents below take you through the planning process. Before ordering ISDN, we strongly suggest you read this information. These documents also include faxable ISDN order forms, customized for the needs of Zephyr, ZephyrExpress, Telos TWO and TWOx12 users. These forms make it easy for you to tell your telco exactly what you want, reducing the chance for errors.
