The Telos 1A2 Interface Module
connects to telephone lines by way of standard 1A2 key telephone equipment.
It serves as the central component of a flexible telephone system for
broadcast, teleconferencing, distance learning, and other professional
applications. Complete systems include 1A2 Interface Modules, hybrids (Telos ONE or Telos
100 Delta), and controllers along with a user-provided key telephone
system and screener phones.
The 1A2 is extremely flexible and
expandable; a single module controls up to 10 lines, and additional modules
can be added to expand system capacity to 20 or 30 lines.
Telos' wide range of companion equipment contributes to convenient,
intuitive operation. Line selection can be accomplished with the desktop Switch Console or with one of
numerous modular panels designed to
fit into popular models of broadcast audio consoles. Switch Console special
functions, described on the preceding page, are supported. Standard key
phones are used for screening.
Premiere
Radio Networks relies on Telos 1A2 and 100 Delta to produce their
